By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive conversational messages from Sierra Peaks Animal Rehabilitation. These messages are intended to facilitate communication and support related to our services. By providing my phone number, I consent to receive SMS text messages from Sierra Peaks Animal Rehabilitation for appointment reminders, scheduling or cancelling appointments, and general two-way communication about Animal Physical Therapy. Message and Data Rates may apply. 

Message Frequency
Message frequency may vary. On averaage you will likely receive up to 4-6 messages per month. Sierra Peaks Animal Rehabilitation reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages at any time to increase or decrease the total number of messages. Sierra Peaks Animal Rehabilitation and carriers are not liable for delays or undelivered messages.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Your data will not be transferred to external organizations under any circumstances.
