Educational Course Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy and Refunds:

Due to limited seating and the coordination required for live lab dogs, all cancellations must be submitted no later than February 1, 2025. Cancellations received by this date will incur a $100 administrative and processing fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

After deducting the administrative fee, you will be eligible for a 50% refund of the remaining balance. Please note that all cancellation requests must be made in writing or via email to be considered valid.

No refunds will be granted for cancellations received after February 1, 2025.

In the event of extenuating circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies), refund requests received after the cancellation deadline may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, but approval is not guaranteed.

If the course is canceled or rescheduled by SPAR, participants will have the option to receive a full refund or transfer their registration to a future course date.

Acts of God/Weather-Related Events:
SPAR is not responsible for cancellations or delays caused by events outside of our control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, or other acts of God. In such cases, SPAR will make every effort to reschedule the course or provide participants with alternative options. Refunds or credits may be offered at SPAR’s discretion depending on the circumstances.
